Legal Notice & Digital Ebook Purchase Terms

This Legal Notice and Digital Ebook Purchase Terms apply to all purchases made from Billionairedbooks, the operator of Billionaire Books (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “the Store”). By accessing our website, placing an order, downloading a digital product, or using any ebook file provided by us, you agree to the terms below.

1. Digital Product Notice

All products sold on this website are digital ebooks and/or digital reading files, unless a product page clearly states otherwise. Our products may be delivered in formats such as EPUB, PDF, online reading access, or other digital formats stated on the product page.

No physical book, printed item, shipping package, app membership, coin package, subscription, or third-party platform access is included unless expressly stated in the product description.

2. Product Description Controls the Purchase

Each ebook purchase includes only the specific digital product, edition, chapter range, word count, file format, bonus content, and access rights stated on the relevant product page at the time of purchase.

The product title, product description, listed chapter count, listed word count, format details, and edition notice form part of the purchase terms.

If a product page states that an ebook includes a specific number of chapters, words, files, formats, or a “current available edition,” the customer acknowledges that the purchase is limited to that described version.

Unless the product page clearly and expressly states that the ebook is a complete edition, final edition, full completed novel, or includes all future updates, no such representation is made.

3. Current Available Edition / Chapter Availability

Some ebooks may be sold as a current available edition, available chapter edition, specific edition, compiled edition, or digital batch.

For such products, the customer understands and agrees that:

The purchase includes only the chapters and content listed or described on the product page.
Future chapters, later updates, revised editions, sequels, bonus chapters, side stories, author updates, or newly released content are not included unless expressly stated.
The ebook may not match the chapter numbering, update status, or content structure shown on third-party apps, websites, serialized novel platforms, or other retailers.
A difference between our edition and another platform’s edition does not automatically mean that the product is defective, incomplete, or misdescribed, provided that our product matches the description shown at checkout.

4. No Subscription / No Future Update Guarantee

Purchases from our Store are one-time digital purchases unless clearly stated otherwise.

A one-time ebook purchase does not include:

Future updates;
Later chapters;
Automatic expanded editions;
App coins or unlocks;
Membership access;
Subscription access;
Access to third-party reading platforms;
Any content not listed on the product page.

If an expanded, revised, updated, or later edition becomes available in the future, it may be offered as a separate product or separate purchase unless we choose otherwise at our sole discretion.

5. Instant Digital Delivery

Digital products are usually delivered by download link, email, order confirmation page, customer account page, or another digital delivery method.

Customers are responsible for entering a correct email address at checkout and ensuring that they can receive emails from the Store. If a customer does not receive the download email, they should check spam/junk folders and contact us for assistance.

Delivery is considered completed when the digital file, download link, reading access, or order access page has been made available to the customer.

6. Final Sale and Refund Policy for Digital Products

Because digital ebooks are delivered electronically and cannot be physically returned, all digital product sales are generally final once the order has been confirmed, the download link has been issued, or access has been provided.

Refunds are not normally provided for:

Change of mind;
Accidental purchase;
Failure to read the product description;
Expecting future chapters or updates not listed on the product page;
Expecting the ebook to match a third-party app or platform version;
Disliking the story, writing style, ending, characters, trope, or content direction;
Incompatibility caused by the customer’s device, app, software, or settings where standard files were provided;
Duplicate access through another platform;
A claim that the ebook is not “complete” when the product page did not state it was a complete/final/all-chapters edition.

We may, at our discretion, provide assistance, replacement files, corrected links, or a refund where required by law or where we determine that a genuine delivery, file access, or product description error occurred.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights that apply under applicable law.

7. EU/UK Digital Content Cancellation Acknowledgment

Where applicable, by purchasing a digital ebook and requesting immediate access or download, the customer expressly agrees that digital delivery may begin immediately after purchase.

The customer acknowledges that, where permitted by applicable law, once digital delivery, download, or access begins, the customer may lose the statutory right to cancel or withdraw from the purchase.

This clause does not remove any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. File Compatibility

We make reasonable efforts to provide standard digital formats such as EPUB and/or PDF where listed. However, we do not guarantee compatibility with every device, app, browser, operating system, ebook reader, or software version.

Customers are responsible for using compatible software or devices to open the files. We may provide reasonable technical assistance, but compatibility issues caused by third-party software or customer devices do not automatically qualify for a refund.

9. Formatting and Minor Errors

Digital ebooks may contain formatting differences between EPUB, PDF, mobile, desktop, or reader-app views. Minor formatting differences, typographical errors, spacing changes, chapter title style differences, or display variations do not automatically make the product defective, provided the core listed content is delivered.

We reserve the right to correct formatting errors, metadata, cover images, descriptions, or file issues at any time.

10. Customer Responsibility Before Purchase

Before placing an order, the customer is responsible for reviewing:

Product title;
Product description;
Chapter count;
Word count;
Format;
Edition notice;
Refund policy;
Delivery method;
Any stated limitation, warning, or content notice.

By completing checkout, the customer confirms that they had the opportunity to review the product page and purchase terms before payment.

11. Intellectual Property and Personal Use License

All ebooks, files, covers, descriptions, images, graphics, text, and related digital materials are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, each purchase grants the customer a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, access, and read the purchased digital product for personal use only.

Customers may not:

Resell, redistribute, upload, share, leak, reproduce, or publicly post the ebook;
Remove copyright notices or store branding;
Convert the file for commercial redistribution;
Share download links with others;
Use the content for piracy, scraping, data extraction, AI training, or commercial republication.

Violation of this section may result in cancellation of access, refusal of service, and legal action where appropriate.

12. Rights Holder and Copyright Complaints

We respect intellectual property rights. If you are a rights holder or authorized representative and believe that any content on our Store infringes your rights, please contact us with sufficient information to identify the work, the allegedly infringing product, your ownership or authorization, and your contact details.

We may remove, disable, investigate, or request further documentation regarding any disputed product at our discretion.

13. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact us first if there is a delivery issue, file issue, duplicate order, or product access problem.

If a customer opens a payment dispute or chargeback after receiving the digital product, we may provide the payment processor with order records, product page descriptions, download/access logs, delivery records, checkout acknowledgments, customer communications, and these purchase terms as evidence.

Fraudulent disputes, abuse of digital access, or unauthorized redistribution may result in account restrictions or refusal of future service.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any purchase is limited to the amount paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or loss-of-enjoyment damages arising from the purchase, download, reading, inability to access due to customer-side issues, or use of any digital product.

Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

15. Errors, Availability, and Store Changes

We reserve the right to correct errors in product descriptions, pricing, metadata, images, file links, availability, or other website content.

If a material error affects an order, we may contact the customer, provide a corrected file, offer a reasonable solution, or cancel/refund the affected order where appropriate.

We may update, remove, replace, or discontinue products at any time.
